Senior Spotlight – Eli Randolph

Eli Randolph a senior VJP major from Murfreesboro, TN had the opportunity to intern at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch this past summer as apart of a WKU Student Publication Fellowship. Eli arrived to Missouri just after a rare tornado touched down and went through St. Louis, destroying homes. This past summer much of his time was documenting the St. Louis Cardinals. Randolph will graduate this December. Here are a few of his photographs from the past year.

Training for marathons puts a strain on Meaghan Brown’s already busy schedule. “People talk about ‘don’t say you have to run, say you get to, change your mindset,’ she said. “And for me it’s been ‘no, I have to’.” But she always makes time for the most important thing in her life, her kids. Even if it is just downtime with son Elliot (pictured), she always tries to play with her kids as much as possible between runs and work.
