Strength to Inspire

November 19, 2025

WKU Senior Adin Parks documents the journey of Kevin Goode during his training to compete in a bodybuilding competition in the “transformational” category. Goode had lost 250 pounds during an attempt to regain control of his life aftert his doctor warned him that he might not live to the age of 40. This is a story that Adin produced while working as a summer intern at The Indianapolis Star.
